If the manuscript of scientific material is rejected during the check in the anti-plagiarism system or by the reviewer, the material is returned to the author for revision. The author can re-submit the scientific material for anti-plagiarism or review once. The author is responsible for the content of the article.
The manuscript of scientific material, corrected (revised) by the author / authors is re-submitted for review and reviewed in the general manner.
If the manuscript of scientific material is not recommended by the reviewer for publication, it is not accepted for re-review.
In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer, the author / authors have the right to contact the editorial board with a reasoned request to send their manuscript for review to another reviewer, providing the relevant arguments in the request. In this case, the editorial board of the journal sends the manuscript for re-review, or provides the author with a reasoned refusal.
