Consideration and discussion of current methodological, theoretical and practical issues, achievements in these areas in the Republic of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad countries.

Improving competencies and experience in professional activities for the purpose of training and advanced training of specialists in the above-mentioned fields of science.

The journal accepts previously unpublished and not intended for simultaneous in other journals scientific materials by: Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, doctors of philosophy (PhD), Doctorate-students on corresponding course, PhD students, MA, heads and specialists of specialized organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign scientists are accepted for publication.

With a maximum volume of scientific material, up to 5 co-authors are allowed.

The editorial board of the journal may not share the opinion of the author / authors and is not responsible for the accuracy of the published text of the scientific materials.
